Whats Included

What is included in our all-inclusive Belize fly fishing packages?

It’s all-inclusive, of course, so just about everything… We’ll pick you up at the Ambergris Caye “San Pedro” air port or the Ferry Dock (depending on how you get to the island) and transport you to our private Belize fly fishing lodge located approximately 3.2 miles north of the main town of San Pedro. Note: We can also provide water taxi service if you wish to go into town to partake in the “night life” or you can rent a bicycle and explore on your own schedule.

Once you arrive on our sugar sand shores we’ll have your bags and gear off-loaded from the boat and taken to your room(s) or cabin(s). We greet you with a locally brewed Belikin Beer or a ice-cold One Barrel mixed rum drink and give you the guided tour and show you to your room(s) or cabin(s) where you can relax into “island time”. A little later, we provide you with your first authentic Belizean style dinner, usually around 5 pm.

Your fishing day will begin with a mellow reminder around 7:15 am where we’ll have a few minutes to rise and shine and do your morning routine. We’ll have breakfast ready for you from 7:45 til you’re captain picks you up and you’re off for your days adventure on the famous Belize fishing flats. Your captain will usually be arriving around 8:10 to 8:15 am and will have an icebox full of cold beverages including water, juices, and sodas. We’ll provide your captain with your sack-lunches and light snacks to provide you with plenty of energy for a full day of fishing in Belize.

You’ll back at the dock around 4:30 to 5 pm where you’ll have half an hour to unload and rinse down your gear with fresh water (essential to keep your gear from corroding later). Have a refreshing dip in the pool or wash the salt off with a nice cool shower and we’ll have your dinner ready for you to enjoy within 30 minutes of your arrival back to the lodge. After dinner relax at our beach-side bar or take a stroll to one of the other surrounding bars or restaurants located along the shores nearby our Belize fishing lodge. I recommend the famous (or infamous as it is) Palapa Bar, out a dock, over the ocean, just a short 2 minute walk from our resort.

One thing we don’t provide is SUN SCREEN (you can buy it here once you arrive – however, be forewarned, it’s an island and everything is double expensive). Save yourself the hassle and be sure to bring plenty of HIGH SPF sun screen as well as protective light-weight fishing clothing.

NOTE: We DO NOT include alcohol in our all-inclusive packages (other than the complimentary drink upon arrival). However, the one thing that isn’t expensive in the islands are drinks. Our own bar has beer and an assortment of mixed drinks and there are many other options up and down the shoreline if you need a change of scene.
